Here are the details for the Winter BBQ for 2009:
The venue for this years Winter BBQ has changed from the Bonwick's to the Santa's.
Sadly, there will be not be any more BBQ's held at The Bonwick's so we take this oppertunity to thank Cecily and John for all the marvellous events they have organised at their place, over many, many years, virtually since the inception of SSS.
The memories of the rope swing will stay in the minds of many of us forever, skinned knees,
rope burns and kids (and unwary adults) sent flying when they did not check for incoming
swings. The 'gold fish' pond, fruit punch, cave cakes, lamb on the spit, the spotty
dalmation.... Ahh the memories
